Good in aircraft and move to door. Good hotel check. On exit: slight

"legs together and out" from secondary instructor: responded. 3x
practice pulls: missed handle on first two. Slow down and make it
smoother. Second cicle of awareness: recieved legs out signal. Your
arms moved forward a bit during the skydive. Good altitude
awareness in free-time. Good signal at 5,500ft and pull and
recovery. Good canopy control. Level 2 next.

arch. Responded well. 1st practice pull missed. Second good. Arch more
if you can't see the handle. Good forward movement. Good in free time

Good in aircraft, good in door. Head was down slightly on exit and you

help. Legs very close together on C.O.A. and rigid body. Went into
left spin on release for a couple of revolutions- instructor
stopped. Left invol turn on release, right turn signal given. Your
were bending body at waist with your right arm back which compounded
the problem. Relax and arch. Head shake at 6,000ft. Hand flash

right). Instructor released and started slow invol right but sleft
corrected and maintained heading. Right turn signal given but slow
response before head shake at 6,000ft and good pull at 5,000ft. You

corrected. Left turn signal given - good steady turn but thrashing
legs around a litlle, overshot turn slightly. Another invol turn self
corrected followed by 360 degree right turn on signal. Again a little
leg kicking - keep them still. Altitude aware throughout. Good head

Good dive exit although a little steep. Rigid body position was making

you were kicking your legs down rather than bringing your knees up to
your chest, effectively canceling out the effort put in by your
arms. Good tracking initially but turned right at the end - try to
keep your heading. Head shake at 6,000ft. Good pull at 5,000ft. Repeat

Note: left shoulder subluxated on first back-loop attempt. At the

to sling your legs around to gain momentum. Use the top of your body
to turn, look, and lift. Too much speed in turn- stopped by

(R) much better. Drifted off centre but recovered back to pin
nicely. 3rd 360 (L) only using top half of body. Causes you to drift
out. 6,000ft started to backslide away. Only slight but none the less
remember to keep close in with formation. Gave legs out signal signal
and you responded. 4,500ft.. Wave off. Track and pull. Repeat Warp
3. Observe track as kicking. Nice canopy control. Thanks for a fun
skydive.
